• Can you imagine a further 5500 cars on our roads?
  • More junctions /lights/roundabouts onto the site from A415?

  • Tranquillity of Green Belt Way will be lost. The development borders sections of the Oxford Green Belt Way,  a 50 mile walk around Oxford.
  • Loss of wildlife habitats and corridors, ecology and Nature
  • Loss of ancient hedgerows
  • Detrimental effect on a Site of Special Scientific Interest at Culham Brake, home of the rare plant, ‘Summer Snowflake’
  • Adverse effect on house prices due to urbanisation
  • Oxfordshire’s Premier Motorcross Track will close; another outdoor activity lost.
  • Increased waiting times for appointments at local surgeries and NHS hospitals.  Even more impossible parking.
  • Threat to Grey Herons (Ardea cinerea) nesting in Furze Brake, very close to the proposed development.
